I have been a Senior Clinical Director at this phenomenal organization for 2.5 years now and can personally attest to the incredible work that Providence does.

As a premier rehabilitation hospital we have a culture that supports deeply personalized care where every person who enters our doors is seen, supported and respected. It truly is "The Providence Way".
I often hear "St. Mike's Hospital saved my life, and Providence gave me my life back". Every day I am inspired by the way our teams show up with compassion, commitment and pride in the care they provide. The Providence Way extends beyond clinical care, with staff helping patients through difficult moments and walking alongside the, as they reclaim their lives, restore their strength, and inspire new hope.
